Hey Lisa, we appreciate your feedback a lot! The problem is well known. This is because survey providers pay Vetri with a 3-months delay. Our CEO is currently trying to solve the problem with the highest priority. But you can be sure, your rewards will not disappear. All users of the app will be able to cash out the earned money in the future. The money has not disappeared, it just comes with a delay. Unfortunately, I can not give a time currently. If you know something about crypto, you are welcome to switch to Expert Mode and earn VLD as crypto. There you can make the payouts in USDT on Polygon. At the same time you get up to 50% more rewards than in Basic mode. Vetri's team is quite small. And you can imagine that you are not the only one who is dissatisfied with the situation. We are getting a lot of emails from dissatisfied users right now. With >400,000 downloads it is really a lot. Even if we wanted to, we simply wouldn't be able to answer all the emails. I'm sorry, the situation is not easy. But it will be solved automatically as soon as the known payout options are available again. It is really being worked on with the highest priority! We do not want to lose our users. At this moment I would just like to ask for patience or switch to Expert mode, even if this answer does not satisfy you. Thank you for your understanding.

Dear Vetrists, just a quick update from me here. We are pushing the integration with our french partner (Ouest-France) to get a testing phase next month with some of their subscribers. The goal is to enable readers of their online newspapers to share their data sets from VETRI app and be rewarded for allowing the targetting of the ads (think of it as an Ad filter that pays you to receieve only relevant ads). On the other hand, we have been working hard on the Expert mode. We are finalizing some tests this week on Polygon testnet, all our components work great and now we need to compile everything together and have some tests on production environment. We should be able to have our Expert mode release before end of Q3 as originally planned, if all goes well. We are now targetting the end of this month! Also note that on Feb 27/28 and March 1st, we have been invited to participate to the WMC2023 in Barcelona by the Swiss Tech Delegation. If you are planning to be there or know people attending this prime tech event, pls DM me. FYI, we have applied to 0xBeacon, the Polygon accelerator, and did not get in for this batch. I believe that going live on their chain in the coming weeks will change their perspective for the next batch, we'll keep trying! We have applied to participate on the Web3 Pitching contest at the next PBWS in Paris, I'll let you know once we hear back from them with the final selection. And 99% of app users don't even know what crypto is. However, VLD as a token will NOT be forgotten. There will be many "utilities" coming for VLD. All are still coming at their own expense: users of the app, ICO investors, traders.... ALL. Those who don't have patience with VLD will be disappointed. But those who have patience will be VERY HAPPY with the project and VLD." The meaning of the above is as follows: Product first, then the token. Means no big news for the tokenholders next week. I said it many times, but the focus of the majority in this chat is VLD only. "Product? We don't need it." I see the post from Jan: "Tokeneconomics, staking, buybacks, chain and exchange.". I don't see "product or product progress" in this list. Without product VLD has no value at all. Hardly anyone wants to understand it here. If you don't need the product, there are many crypto projects without any product, but with staking, buybacks and exchanges. Just to mention it. The strategy of Vetri is product first. In my opinion it's the right direction. Having success with product will automatically help our token, because VLD will get much more utility in the future. This way needs time, but this is the right way. You don't need to ask every few days about tokenomics, staking and other for sure very important points. First we will inform you about current progress, mainly about the progress of the App. Token progress will come later. Understood or should I rephrase my statements?
